Cory and Glenn grew up in the same charming town of Chelmsford, Massachusetts. However, they did not meet one another until they attended band camp together at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. They got to know each other during their first week of camp and have been in each other’s lives ever since.
Glenn proposed to Cory while they were on a wine tasting trip with friends in Connecticut during the summer of 2014. Glenn asked the winery owner if he had any special wine for them to try. The owner then pulled out a bottle of wine with a picture of Glenn and Cory on the label with a caption of “Will you marry me?”. Cory was so surprised by Glenn, who had been planning the proposal for months.
They decided to incorporate the theme of winery decor into their wedding at the Willowdale Estate. Adriano Batti Photography was there to capture the magical day.
Willowdale Estate was the perfect choice for Glenn and Cory. After one walk through the mansion, they fell in love with the simply magical venue. Their wedding felt like a true fairytale; it was so special for the two of them and went by without an ounce of stress. They were able to enjoy their special day together by soaking up every moment and stopping to admire all their hard work.
Cory surprised Glenn by having a special song play as she walked down the aisle. The song had significance to the two of them since the first year of their relationship. Cory was thrilled to see that Glenn recognized the song and was wonderfully surprised by her choice. Adding this unique touch made the ceremony very special and meaningful to them.
After their magical wedding day, Cory and Glenn’s first stop on their honeymoon was to Universal Studios in Florida. Both of them being Harry Potter fans, this trip was tons of fun and certainly added to the magic. Then, the two newlyweds headed to Playa Del Carmen in Mexico to spend a romantic week at Secrets Ramona Beach.
Cory and Glenn were so thrilled that their wedding celebration turned out to be the fairytale they had always imagined. They emphasize that it is important to plan a wedding that is exactly how you have dreamed of it to be. They recommend to make sure that the planning choices for the special day are made by the bride and groom!
